The ground rules for using this site and the material published on it.
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Off-Site Logic website and the material on it. Off-Site Logic is the off-site construction consulting arm of Nu Creative Design, a trading name of Diamantina Innovation Pty Ltd (ABN 63 672 922 593). Using this site means you accept these terms.
The pages, guides and articles here describe how we work and give general information about off-site construction and modern methods of construction. They are general in nature. They are not design advice, engineering advice, certification, or a compliance assessment for any particular site or building.
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Advice you can rely on comes through a written proposal with a defined scope, signed by both parties.
We keep the content current and correct as far as we reasonably can. Codes, standards and product systems change, and what applies to one project may not apply to another. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm it against the current National Construction Code, the relevant Australian Standards, your local planning framework and the advice of your own consultants.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting the service guide does not oblige either of us to anything. We respond to enquiries as capacity allows, and we may decline work that does not suit. Information you send through the forms is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Any indicative figures shown on this site are for orientation only. Actual fees are set in a written proposal against a defined scope, and the terms in that proposal take precedence over anything on this site.
The content, layout, graphics and downloadable material on this site belong to Nu Creative Design unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share the link. You may not reproduce it commercially, rebrand it or present it as your own work without written permission.
Where we link to other sites, we do so because the material is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or 0476 572 587.
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last updated.
