Off-Site Logic is the off-site construction consulting arm of Nu Creative Design, a trading name of Diamantina Innovation Pty Ltd (ABN 63 672 922 593), based in Perth, Western Australia and working Australia-wide. This policy covers information collected through this website and the enquiry and download forms on it.
We only collect what you give us. That is typically:
We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this site.
Andrew Neilsen and anyone directly working on your project. We use third-party providers to run the website, email and customer records, and those providers store data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for the working relationship and for any period we are required to keep them for tax or professional obligations. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] and we will action it.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the mailing list but does not stop direct replies about a live project.
This site and the forms on it use cookies to keep the pages working and to measure traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not behave as expected if you do.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee against every possible breach. If a breach were to put you at risk, we would tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
This policy is written to sit within the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first at [email protected] or 0476 572 587. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We update this policy when our practices change. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last updated.
