Our senior building designer boasts over 15 years of industry experience and a background in diverse global contexts, bringing a unique perspective to sustainable building design and architecture. Our founder, Andrew Neilsen, has a rich journey as a building designer before re-locating to Perth in 2021, contributing to diverse projects from residential renovations to large commercial developments. His current design role in the mining industry around Perth and regional WA is complemented by international experience. He sharpened his technical drawing and design skills on the West Coast of Canada, and gained landscaping experience in interior provinces, leading to a deep understanding of incorporating natural elements into designs. His tenure in Amsterdam’s residential construction sector honed his precision and attention to detail. These experiences, along with his passion for sustainable design, shapes his approach to crafting functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally conscious structures.

In addition to his international experience, Andrew has worked on a range of Perth-based projects. He offers design consultation services, custom solutions, planning permit assistance, site analysis, and code compliance education. His close collaboration with clients allows him to craft innovative, cost-effective designs tailored to their unique needs.
